Symposium: Recent Advances in Meta-Analysis

Information

We are happy to announce a symposium on "Recent Advances in Meta-Analysis" taking place in Dortmund, Germany, June 30th - July 1st, 2025. The symposium will take place at the Rudolf-Chaudoire-Pavillon at TU Dortmund University. Access to the rooms at the venue will be barrier-free. More information about the venue can be found further below. The symposium is part of the joint research project "Valid methods for meta-analyses with few studies and small sample sizes" of Tim Friede and Markus Pauly funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG). We are thrilled to welcome renowned speakers which include

Registration

Registration is free, but required by June 15th, 2025 at the latest. Catering will be included. The symposium will be in-person only; online participation is not possible. To register, please use the form below. All entries marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

There will be free catering at the symposium. Please indicate whether you have any food allergies or specific dietary requests (e.g., vegan, vegetarian, etc.).

Symposium dinner

At the end of the first day, there will be the opportunity to have dinner together at everybody's own expense. Please indicate whether you would like to join.

Talk/Poster

In case you are interested in giving a talk or presenting a poster, please also send us your title and a short abstract by May 1st, 2025. Please also indicate whether you prefer an oral or a poster presentation, or whether you do not mind.

Your information will only be used within TU Dortmund University to answer your questions and concerns. Your data will be deleted as soon as the request has been clarified.
